New emission limits for SOx, NOx, particulates and mercury under the updated EU IED (Industrial Emissions Directive) should officially be published this month. Until then, they can be found on the European Commission website. However, Euracoal, the European coal power lobby group, is already considering a lawsuit to halt these changes.
